Healthy living is as easy as doing one more healthy thing a day, or one less unhealthy thing a day!  Baby-steps!  The results are cumulative!   

Always remember, Something is always better than nothing!“  So if you ever find yourself asking, “What difference will this one little thing make?” Remind yourself “Something is always better than nothing!”

Whether it is something you do once a day, or once a week, it all adds up to a healthier lifestyle.  Warning:  If you find yourself feeling energized, happier, and can’t remember the last time you had heart burn, you may be experiencing the addictive side effects of healthy living!  ( :
